2019 BTG POINT-iN-TIME DASHBOARDS

The 2019 Bridging the Gap (BTG) Point in Time Count was conducted on January 22, 2019, revealing a 2% decline in one-day homeless on the Neighbor Islands from 2,035 persons in 2018 to 1,995 in 2019. This decrease was lead by a 7% decline in unsheltered homelessness.
