SPM 7 evaluates BTG’s ability to successfully place clients into shelter or housing and to ensure that PH placements remain stable. Metric 7a1 evaluates the extent that street outreach projects exit clients to shelter or PH. Metrics 7b1 and 7b2 assess the extent that clients exit to PH and the ability of PH projects to retain clients in housing.
