Our Team

C. PERARO CONSULTING, LLC (CPC) is a team of skilled professionals with a wide array of experience in the homeless services sector.  Led by Carlos Peraro, CPC is able to delivery a high-quality contracted services to Continuums, Government Departments, Agencies and Foundations working in the homeless and human services sector.  Key specialized services include:  1)  HMIS System Administration, 2) HMIS/Homeless Services Training, 3) Report Development and Program Evaluation, 4) Funding Applications, 5) Point-in-Time Count reporting, and  6) Strategic fiscal consulting.  

TEAM MEMBERS:

Carlos Peraro, B.S., Owner of C. Peraro Consulting, LLC (2009 - Present). Carlos has over 13 years of experience working in the homeless and human  services sector in Hawaii. His previous employment includes the Institute for Human Services, ALU LIKE, and the Hawaii Department of Human Services Homeless Programs Office.  Over the last seven years, he has provide a wide array of HMIS , analytical and evaluative services to the State of Hawaii, City and County of Honolulu, and many organizations working within both of Hawaii's Continuums or Care. He has spearheaded the State's transition from the legacy HMIS to the new CaseWorthy HMIS solution.  

Tien Lum, B.S, Software Engineer, is the principle of Hybrid International, LLC., a software design company working in the field of homeless and human services.  He  designed and implemented the first comprehensive HMIS Software for the State of Hawaii (2003 to 2015) and provided medical case management software for Kahili-Palama Health Care.  He has collaborated with CPC for the past five years in Hawaii. 

Rose Gladstein, M.S., Program Evaluation Specialist, is an experienced grant writing and program evaluation specialist.  She has collaborated with CPC on projects for the past three years. Her previous work includes Grant Manager for the Institute for Human Services.  

Alison Hinazumi,  M.B.A., Training and Support Manager, has more than 6 years of experience working with non-profit organizations with an  emphasis on  customer training and event production. While pursuing her MBA, she interned in the Development Department at the Institute for Human Services.

Heidi Sewell, B.S., Support Specialist II, has over 10 years experience working in various non-profit organizations in both direct and indirect services for clients, including housing/independent living, mental health and case management.
